Carondelet is a well established Brentwood neighborhood, located along Wilson Pike, just south of Old Hickory Blvd.This location gives you easy access to I-65, allowing you to easily get to Nashville, or down south to Franklin.
According to the their website, Carondelet does not charge an HOA fee, only asks for a $35 donation for the landscaping and maintenance of the the entrances. There are 220 homes in the Carondelet neighborhood. Lot sizes are generally just under an acre to 1.5 acres, and have many large, mature trees. Homes within the community were built in the 1960s and 70s.
